SmartBench makes finding skilled construction workers fast and easy. Just create an account and you will have access to our marketplace of skilled workers who can fill your needs on demand. You can search workers based on specific skills you need on your job.

Our platform has a minimum requirement of 4 hours. But, we have customized SmartBench to allow employers to make their own rules. When you search the marketplace, set the number of hours or days you are looking for and local results will appear.

SmartBench makes listing your employees fast and easy. Just create an account and connect your Stripe Account to receive payment. Then, create a profile including work experience, skill assessments, valid certifications, and hourly rate. After you list your employee, they will be available on the marketplace for others to search.

Unlike most Temp Agencies that may offer general labor for construction, SmartBench offers highly skilled workers in all the common trades of construction. We use multiple safeguards including worker ratings, on-time and cancellation tracking, automated reminders, GPS, and a built in time clock. We offer the ability for company owners to offer a zero risk trial period for their workers. Some may decline, while others may offer an hour or two. Depending on these settings, if a worker has over-exaggerated skills, you can send them home at no cost.

Workers on the SmartBench platform are already vetted employees at your peer companies. Each worker completes a profile including work history, skill assessments, and valid certifications. You can view this information prior to hiring the worker.

In addition, as workers complete assignments, their performance is tracked using ratings, feedback, on-time metrics, and other platform data.

Workers clock in and out using our application. You review and approve hours, then receive one consolidated invoice. Our reporting tools let you audit hours, manage your workforce spend and/or income, and monitor your rosters.

You can hire a replacement worker using our platform. Additionally, you can mark this as a ‘no show’ on that specific worker's profile. This can lead to the worker getting blacklisted from the our platform.
